Shipping
We dispatch orders on the same day for purchases made before 4 p.m. on working days, provided the items are in stock. Please note that hobby products are shipped from a separate warehouse and may take up to two additional days to arrive compared to our usual delivery times.
Shipping options
Ecolinq provides several shipping options. You can either have your order delivered directly or pick it up at a collection point—the choice is yours. At the end of the checkout process, all available shipping options will be displayed, allowing you to select your preferred method. We deliver our products to the UK, Ireland, and other locations.
Free shipping
Shipping costs are covered by us for orders over €100 (excl. VAT) delivered to the Netherlands or Belgium. For France, Germany, Ireland, and Austria, shipping is free for orders over €150 (excl. VAT). For all other countries, free shipping does not apply.
Ecolinq ships via DHL and Hermes/UPS. The table below shows the maximum shipping costs for orders that do not meet the free-shipping thresholds. Unfortunately, we cannot send products by letter post, as these shipments cannot be tracked.
