What are grip seal bags?

Not quite familiar with grip seal bags? Our eco-friendly grip seal bags are bags that can be closed by a 'built-in' closure at the top of the bag. One side has a notch and the other side a kind of ribbing. These fit together precisely. By pressing from left to right with thumb and forefinger, the bag closes hermetically.
